  • Your rental includes the 1,870 on Emma Ave, a Bluetooth sound system, 6ft tables, cocktail tables, white or black table covers & white garden chairs. Only our Deluxe Packages include table and chair set up.

  • Visit our booking page to see our current availability calendar and request a rental date. We will get back to you no later than the next business day.

    • Standard bookings are in 8 hour increments.

    • We offer half day rates for weekdays only.

    • We offer an additional 2 hours of booking with our deluxe package and additional hours add-on.

    • When we receive your booking request, we will review your booking request and respond within one business day.

    • Upon receiving booking request confirmation, you will be prompted to sign our contract and pay 100% of the booking fees for your event.

    • We do not collect a deposit. 100% of the booking fee is due at the signing of your contract to reserve your date.

    • You will have 24 hours to complete the contract and pay the booking fee, or your reservation will expire.

    • We do not hold dates for longer than 24 hours.

    • You will have successfully reserved the date you requested once your contract is signed and your booking fees are paid in full.

  • Non-refundable 90 days prior to event scheduled.

  • Our maximum occupancy is 75.

  • We are a BYOB event space. All alcohol must remain in the space and cannot be taken outside the building or into Downtown restaurants.

  • Free parking is located all around downtown Springdale. Please see our Parking Map for our preferred spots!
