Join us on April 30th for our first Restorative Touch class at Mano’s! Restorative Touch is a luxurious 75 minute yoga class led by Blue Heron Bodyworks owner, Amanda McDaniel, LMT, RYT300 and Anna Tomlinson, LMT.

During class, participants will be guided through a calming meditation and a series of nourshing restorative yoga poses that will be enhanced with a variety of massage techniques and modalities, hot towel treatments and aromatherapy.

All props are provided to ensure your maximum comfort and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to come to class hydrated and wear comfortable clothing.

This class is also PRENATAL friendly! Please let us know if you are expecting when signing up, so we can properly accommodate you.
